You Will Never Guess How Much This Lawyer And Mom Of 5 Spends A Month To ‘Do It All’

As women we’re constantly trying to ‘have it all’ aren’t we? The family, the job, the friends, the fulfillment. I think that many of us have realized that ‘having it all’ means different things for different people so we work within our own boundaries and limitations to have what we need to be happy.

One woman in Sydney, Australia is revealing just how much she spends monthly to outsource the day to day tasks that she can’t do so that she can ‘have it all’. Bridie Nolan is an Australian lawyer who is mom to 5 kids. Bridie recently revealed to the Sydney Morning Herald how much she spends on hiring people to do certain personal and professional chores that can be outsourced so that she can maximize her time that she gets to spend with her family. Bridie revealed that she spends $6500 a week including a live-in nanny, three cleaners, an executive assistant and a researcher! WOW!

Bridie knows that how much she spends per month isn’t for everyone, and she’s clearly a successful professional who can afford to spend that much, but it also shows that she knows how to put value on her time. She explains;

“I know outsourcing to the extent to which I do is not for everyone, but when what you have to sell is your time, there is not really any other option,” she says.

“There are only 24 hours in a day. I have learned in my older years that I need to sleep eight of those hours, exercise for one of those hours, and travel to and from work for another hour.
