Why Smaller Gigi Hadid-Like Boobs Are Now the Plastic Surgery Trend

I know this is easy to say when you have them, but big boobs aren’t all they’re cracked up to be. They sag. Trust me, it’s icky and it’s not pleasant. At. All.

Despite the downsides to having big boobs according to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), since 2006 breast augmentations have been the most popular cosmetic surgery procedures in the U.S. But apparently bigger is no longer deemed to be better. The trend is shifting towards breast implant removals and smaller boobs.
