I’m sure everyone can agree that sleep is incredibly important for both adults and children. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been a cranky mess simply because I didn’t get enough sleep the night before a big, hectic and jam-packed day. I
The same of course applies to my kids. Because we have to wake up very early in the morning for school and work everyday, I’m a stickler when it comes to putting them to bed on time. Each and every night they have to be in bed by 7:30pm and hopefully snoring by 8:00pm. Yet, there’s a new report that says my kids still might not be getting the rest they truly need.
