Want Your Kids To Be Better Students? Make Them Go Outside And Play!

I live in an area where unfortunately there aren’t a lot of kids who go outside and play after school. In fact, sometimes my children are the only kids riding their scooters on the street after school. And if you really want me to be honest we didn’t even know that some of our neighbors have kids – because we never see them outside. Ever.

Now, a new report says if you want your kids to be better students at school – shut down their computers, turn off the televisions and take away the iPads because kids who spend at least one hour a day outside tend to be less fidgety and learn more at school. It’s mostly because they get all of their wiggilies out in the playground.
