Today’s Recipe: Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Today’s recipe: Sweet and Sour Meatballs! Surprisingly, cereal is what gives these minis some of their delicious flavor. Bathe these tasty meatballs in sweet and sour sauce and serve them over rice, or skewer them with toothpicks and offer them to guests as appetizers.

Makes 6 to 8 servings


2 pounds ground chuck

2 large eggs

1/2 cup Kellogg’s® All-Bran® cereal

1 medium onion, chopped

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 cup packed brown sugar

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 1/2 cups water

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

3 tablespoons soy sauce
