We were hosted on a press trip by Chevy. All opinions are my own.
Quite a few years ago, when my family and I had moved to New York City from the DC Metro area, after my husband left active duty, he disappeared one long, fall afternoon. I was busy with our then, three-year-old son, unpacking and too occupied to notice how many hours has passed. He finally rolled up in a brand new, 2011 Chevy Camaro. I couldn’t believe that he made this decision without consulting with me first, but finally got over it. Little did I know that this would be the moment when we all fell in love with Chevy and how their family-friendly vehicles would play such a big role in many of our future memories.
A couple years later, we took our very first big family beach vacation in a 2015 Chevy Trax that we rented and loved so much that we then purchased the 2017 model after we had our second child and needed more space.
So when Chevy invited my family of four on a dream vacation to Walt Disney World to test out the 2018 Chevy Traverse and learn about their partnership with Disney – we jumped at the opportunity.
