Sunburned kids: no one likes the sight of it, right? As a matter of fact, each and every time my children go outside on a sweltering hot day, I always make sure to apply enough sunscreen on their bodies. That’s because I hate seeing children suffer from sunburns, especially during the middle of the night. It absolutely breaks my heart to see them cry over something so avoidable (but yet so painful) as a sunburn.
Of course, there’s no denying that there are plenty of parents out there that do an excellent job of protecting their children’s skin while they are outside. But as we all know too well, accidents happen. Sometimes we simply forget to reapply sunscreen. That, or lose track of time and end up spending countless hours under the sun only to suffer from it later on.
