As parents, getting out of the house to do anything is nt an easy thing to do. It’s hard when you have kids to round up all the stuff they need, the things they might need, and the items that will come in handy when it’s a rare chance you’ll need it. You have to try smuggling snacks into your purse or the diaper bag so they don’t lose their cool when you’re out in public.
But, this process becomes even more tricky when you’re trying to plan a night out without the kids, just you and your romantic partner or a girl’s night out. You deserve that time! However, it’s never as easy as it once was, before kids, when you could just spur of the moment decide to get up and go. Nope. Now you have to plan all the things. You need to find a babysitter who you trust and who can handle your kids. You need to come up with the space in the budget to be able to afford it all because it really adds up.
If you’re lucky enough and all that lines up and you’re able to go out, it’s amazing. But oh, so expensive. Thankfully there are heroes out there who share their wisdom to make a night at the movies more enjoyable because you can save a little cash.
