VEGAN OR NOT … DEEP DISH COOKIE A LA MODE: SINGLE SERVING
1.5 to 2 TBSP Coconut Oil ( you can use butter if you prefer)
1 TBSP Sugar
1 TBSP Brown Sugar
1/8 TSP Vanilla
1/4 Cup Flour or you can Use Almond Meal
Sprinkle Of Salt
1/8 TSP Baking Powder
Chocolate Chips Vegan or Regular To Taste
Place your coconut oil in a mug or melt your butter in a microwave safe bowl or a mug . After melting the butter or the coconut oil, add in both sugars and vanilla and stir well.
Next add in your flour, salt, baking powder and stir!
Add in your chocolate chips – you decide how many. You may also want to add some nuts or coconut shavings too.
Cook for 40 seconds to see how it is doing. Once you check you can either add more time or eat it soft… The Top with your favorite dairy or non dairy ice cream and chocolate sauce!
