There’s nothing much worse than counting calories. Let’s face it, life would be so much easier if we all could just eat what we want in moderation and never have to worry about the scale.

That might sound reasonable, but lets face it, for many of us counting calories is a way of life and a way to ensure we’re eating a balanced diet. It’s also a way of making sure our jeans fit when sweater weather rolls around again and that we can fit in to our shorts when the warm weather arrives.

It’s definitely not fun but for many of us it’s just a way that works. Weight Watchers has helped millions of women learn how to count their calorie points to lose weight and maintain that weight loss.

For anyone who’s ever sacrificed their Weight Watchers points to simply save up for that much needed glass of wine on a Friday night, this might be the best thing you’ll read all day.

While I know I’ve sacrificed my points on a weekend, Weight Watchers is helping all of us save our points after it announced that it has teamed up with wine maker Truett-Hurst to make their own line of low calorie wines.

This might be the best news I’ve heard in a long while.
