There is nothing in this world that compares to the miracle that is carrying a baby in your womb for nine months and then actually using your body to bring them into the world. It’s purely magical. But at the same time, for many moms, it takes time after birth to adjust to your postpartum body and learn to love it like you did before. We all know how important self-love is for our allover wellbeing, but I’ll be the first to admit that the road to getting there can be difficult at times.
