As soon as you discover you’re pregnant, your life is different. Your body will undergo many changes; mood swings, weight gain, nausea, and many more symptoms. You will need to eat healthier than you may have been before, being conscious of the amount of nutrients your body takes in. While you can still enjoy indulging in fatty foods and desserts, you’ll want to nourish your body with goodness.
You’ll also need to cut down on certain things you used to enjoy, perhaps in abundance – such as the morning pot (not cup) of coffee, and the several glasses of wine with dinner.
