Parents Warned to Watch for Fake, Explicit Cartoon Videos on YouTube Kids App

When it comes to annoying kids’ shows, I feel like I’ve gotten pretty lucky. My kids aren’t huge fans of a lot of annoying cartoons out there, or I’ve just gotten lucky to not land on them on the Netflix app. And yes, by “annoying,” I’m referring primarily to Caillou, which from the sounds of it, I should be very grateful my kids have never asked me to watch.

They, have, on occasion, watched the English cartoon Peppa Pig and I have to say, I was never put off by the show. Sure, she seemed a bit prim and proper and sure, the accents were entertaining, but it never bothered me that much, nor did my kids seem to fall in love with the show.

But I can certainly see how it would get annoying if one would be forced to endure hours of the show on end, which is exactly what happened to one dad — and why he fought back by publishing his own entirely inappropriate, X-rated version of the show. (insert gasps here).
