Getting Medical Help
The victims who are over 18 years old are being treated at Corona Regional Medical Center and the six children are being treated at another hospital, Riverside University Health System Medical Center. There has been no further word on how everyone is doing, medically, but since they all appeared to be much younger than they are, they’re likely needing some medical help. The emotional side of all this is going to be a long road.
According to reports, the 13 children of the Turpins ranged in age from 2-years-old to 29.
Both parents have been charged with torture and child endangerment, and are scheduled for a court hearing later this week. Bail was set at $9 million for each, so they’re still behind bars right now.
Sending so many well wishes to the children and adult children who will now begin their healing.
