No Junk Food 21 Day Challenge

This challenge will go for 21 days

no chocolate, cookies, or candy
no bars (protein, quest, cliff, lara etc.)
no cakes, donuts, muffins, biscuits
no pastries or bread
no chips (potato, corn, sweet potato, kale, snap pea etc.)
no fast foods
no nutella, peanut butter, or any other butters
no ice cream
nothing with added sugars
no soda
no alcohol

How do you decide what foods are  JUNK??? They can be looked at as foods without breaks. Meaning you can eat the entire bag, jar, etc., without even realizing it.
What’s the reward you ask? Feeling and looking better, and gaining a new healthy, happy lifestyle…
