This Mom Will Completely Change The Way You Think About Weight Loss!

Body image conversation and showing off your curves is all around us.  The music industry through songs like “All About That Bass” or “Anaconda,” are far from the anorexic thin look and images we once saw.  But even with the “skinny is not the new hot” message out there, the negative voice we all hear in our heads still takes over and unfortunately to learn how to really love and accept our given bodies is easier said than we think.  We can make changes, we can make choices, but we also need to learn to be happy and OWN IT!

Taryn Brumfitt who is an Australian mother of three and founder of the Body Image Movement, and author of Embraceposted back in 2013 a before and after photo that went viral and had more than 3.6 million clicks on Facebook overnight.  Her transformation was not exactly what you thought it would be.

Her before photo shows off her on stage at a figure competition and  her after shot shows her body once it was in its natural shape.  She wanted to make a statement:  Here’s a woman who achieved a “(near) perfect” body—and wants to show the world it is not all it’s cracked up to be!.

We can’t wait to see more! Taryn’s document

ary Embrace will be an eye opener for us all. I can’t wait to see it!
