Mom Wants Answers After 12-Year-Old Left Unaccompanied on Flight

An Ontario mother is searching for answers after her 12-year-old daughter, who has a medical condition, was left to fend for herself on a flight from Harrisburg, PA to Toronto’s Pearson Airport.

As someone who has flown in to Pearson on more than one occasion, it’s the second busiest airport in North American and even I was intimidated trying to find the correct gates and terminals, so I can only imagine how stressful it would be for a 12-year-old left to navigate it alone.

Now the mother is seeking answers in hopes that this doesn’t happen to another child.
