When your child is sick, you do your routine doctor visit and hopefully are sent home to rest. Often though, your child will be prescribed medication.
Parents are careful to ensure they are giving their child the right dosage as prescribed by the doctor and administered by the pharmacist. But when you have to bring medications to the school, the office keeps a medical record of the medication and instructions on the dosage and type of drug being given to the student.
