It’s very easy to look at celebrities and assume their lives must be simply amazing because of all the money and fame they have. I’m sure many of us have spent endless hours wishing we were rich and famous like our favorite actor or singer so we, too, could have everything our hearts desired.

Rarely do people stop and think that while having money and fame might be nice, many celebrities are often dealing with their own struggles and heartaches and no matter how much money they have.

At 41 years old, Luke Bryan is one of country music’s biggest stars. His lists of awards and accolades is endless and he has a reputation for being just a really nice person who hasn’t let fame go to his head.

Perhaps that’s because while he’s enjoyed a tremendous amount of professional success, he’s also endured a lifetime of personal tragedy.

Bryan lost his brother when he was just 19 years old. His older sister died in 2007 leaving three children to be cared for by their father. He died in 2014 leaving Bryan and his wife Caroline to care for their neices and nephew as well as their own two sons.
