Put anything resembling toys in front of kids and they’re likely to use their imaginations to make the most of it. Heck, even mundane items can turn into limitless fun with a little ingenuity. You should see what my kids can do with a cardboard box. Still, some “toys” get a little lost in translation, particularly when they’re from a random Amazon seller with a sketchy review past.
Susanne Kerns, a mom of two from Texas, decided to take her chances on one such purchase when tasked with finding toys for her son’s end of school treasure box. The item in question is a 30-piece package of Mochi Squishies Squishy Toys which, for all intents and purposes, should be considered quite a value as most are listed on Amazon for under 13 bucks.
Susanne noted the reviews with skepticism, considering all were written within the same month and were oddly worded, but the image looked cute so why not give it a shot?
