Judge Ruled to End Baby’s Life Support Against Parents’ Wishes

“Your child is ill, you find them medication but you’re not allowed to give it to them. You’ve been battling to keep your child alive for 6 months and all that fight boils down to one person and one day.”

These are the words written by Connie Yates, whose eight-month-old Charlie Gard has irreversible brain damage.

But his fate would be decided not by his mother, Connie, or his father Chris Gard of London, England.

Little Charlie’s fate lies in the hands of the courts.
