Motherhood is hard and one of the things that make it easier is to have a supportive group behind you. I don’t know why there is so much hate and judgement but it seems to run rampant in the parenting world. Moms should be spending time and energy supporting each other. Leaning on others for support when the struggles get real and not worrying about what someone else is doing that’s different from you. We’re all out here doing our best and that’s why I’m frustrated with all the hate that one mom, Jenna Jameson, is getting online.
The model and mom of three has been a strong advocate for normalizing breastfeeding since welcoming her third child, 11-month-old daughter, Batel Lu. She regularly shares photos of her breastfeeding and messages that encourage others to stop sexualizing breastfeeding, to no longer feel the need to cover up, and spread the message that it’s normal and natural.
If you’re not familiar with the name Jenna Jameson, you might not realize why her stance on breastfeeding is making some people uncomfortable. It really really shouldn’t because her past profession has zero anything to do with what she is talking about.
