Jeffrey Kendall was always overweight, even as a child. He was bullied for his weight, and started his first diet and weight loss journey at the age of 12. It’s something he’s struggled with his whole life, going up and down more times than he can remember. But when his mom suffered a brain aneurysm in 2015 and needed Jeffrey to take over as her caretaker, he knew he had to make some serious changes.
