Ever since her father threw his hat into the presidential race – and eventually became POTUS – Ivanka Trump’s reputation has taken a nosedive among millions of Americans. Before July 2015 she was a media darling, celebrated for being a working mom, a female entrepreneur and champion of women’s rights. Afterwards – with every controversial thing her father has said – her brand has taken a hit.

But in a recent interview the mom-of-three revealed a very personal side of herself that millions of women can relate to, no matter who they voted for in the 2016 U.S. general election.
