The last workout of the 30 day challenge is the 5k Challenge. Sound familiar? This is ol’ faithful, the 5k Challenge by Coach Nancy. You’ve already done this workout several times so now it’s time to beat your personal best time.
Hit the trail, street, or beach for this 5K and pipe Coach Nancy into your ears for motivation during your run using the BH Trainer Powered by PEAR app. She will add in some strength intervals throughout your run to keep things interesting and to add an extra challenge. Your goal is to finish this 5K Challenge as fast as possible! You can run or power walk – you pick! Make sure to save your workout time using the app for this one so you can track your progress!
