Science Says That Taking A Hot Bath Burns Just As Many Calories As Exercising

When can this sport enter the Olympics?!

We all know those things we’re supposed to do to be healthy. Watch what we eat. Take in the right amount of macros and balance that out with all the healthy nutrients. It’s about watching what you eat — eating in moderation. That means eating less red meat and more leafy greens. We’re also supposed to make sure we get enough water each day. Even if that means you have to go to the bathroom every 25 minutes through the day. And then, of course, there’s exercise. We have to get at least 30 minutes a day. At the very least we are supposed to do that three days out of the week. More is better though. And we are supposed to do all that while doing self-care measures like take a bubble bath, laugh, and see our friends.

That’s a lot. A whole lot of being really mindful of everything you are doing.

It takes an effort to be the healthiest you that you can be. And sometimes that’s a drag because you have to eat the lean chicken instead of that massive burger you really want. It also means moving your body when all you want to do is chill out in a hot bath and not move.

Science sucks like that. But, science has thrown us a win with their latest find. That has to do with an exercise that I can legit be a gold-metal winner in.
