I’m someone who truthfully will always be unhappy with my weight. I’m the kind of person who constantly thinks that I’m better off losing 5 to 7 pounds, no matter what my weight is. No matter what I know I can do better, that my pants can fit a little looser or that I should work a little harder on the treadmill. The worst part is that I know this constant dissatisfaction is in my head and that it will always be there, no matter what I do.
With that being said though, I do try to be careful. I’ll only take a little bite out of dessert to satisfy my craving, try to stay away from processed or fried foods and will opt for a salad over pizza. But for these weight loss heroes, they went the distance. Realizing that they are unhappy about their weight and how they feel about their health, they buckled down to make some drastic changes in their lives. And let me tell you, some of these weight loss stories are pretty amazing, if not inspirational as well.
