Heidi Klum Shares Her ‘Horrible’ Experience With Lice And We Can All Relate!

Lice. It makes you itchy just seeing the word written on the page, doesn’t it? Nothing strikes fear in to the heart of parents more than getting that phone call or note home from school telling you that someone in your child’s class has lice. I’ve had lice in my house and it was awful! It was day after day of treatments and combing and flat ironing and washing everything in my house, and it always feels so awful when you have to tell someone your child has lice, doesn’t it?! Well the good news is that everyone can get lice, even the kids of the rich and famous, so don’t feel so bad!

Heidi Klum was on the Ellen DeGeneres show recently and revealed to the talk show host that her family was just getting over a lice infestation.

“I’m actually lice-free now, as of a few days ago. My daughter was itching and then she had to go to the nurse, and then they looked and sure enough, they found a little egg, and I mean they’re beyond small, so we had the lice fairies come over to our house.” “Awful!”

Heidi hired the ‘lice fairies’ who came and ensured that everyone in her house was rid of all lice and nits, but as we all know it can come back so easily, and now with the new ‘super lice’ that they’re talking about it’s even harder to kill them!

Heidi went on to explain that was the second time that her family had lice because she has 4 kids that go to school and it happens! I think we can all relate to Heidi! Check her out telling Ellen about her ‘horrible’ lice problem in the clip below.
