You might just be suffering from a serious case of bloat.
One of my biggest struggles (especially right before that certain time of the month…) is keeping my waistline in check. Because food is my friend, I tend to indulge in the finer things in life (like Nutella), drink the odd glass of mommy juice on occasion and snack on my favorite Trader Joes goodies whenever I’m watching Netflix and chillin’. Unfortunately, all of that can result in tighter pants and me freaking out over the couple of pounds I might have gained while not paying attention.
