For 37 Years Moms All Around the World Claim This Italian Recipe Will Induce Labor

When you’re down to your last couple of weeks of your pregnancy (or even your last few days), for many women it feels utterly exhausting. I mean, I myself appreciated my pregnancy body and all that it did for me, but at the same time I was ready to put an eviction notice up in my womb. Nine months is long, people!

With that being said, I tried everything to induce labor early: I ate pineapples, the spiciest chicken sandwich I could find at Whole Foods, sex, walking and so on. But for my baby, she was ready to come out during her time, not mine. Yet, according to some moms from Georgia, they say that one restaurant’s famous eggplant Parmesan is famous for sending women into labor. Say what now?
