Drinking While Pregnant Could Harm Your Baby…or Not, Confusing New Study Claims

Over the past five years a few of my mommy friends have indulged in a glass of wine here or there while they were in the third trimester of their pregnancy. Their doctors said it was OK and wouldn’t harm the baby.

But like with anything to do with health these days it’s all so confusing. One day you’ll read an article saying it’s OK for pregnant women to have a glass of wine. Then the next day you’ll hear a news report saying that you shouldn’t drink any alcohol while you’re pregnant – even moderately. So which is it? A fresh study attempted to shine new light on the issue.
