We all love churros, burgers, fried chicken, gumbo, dole whips and so much more at Disneyland because they are staples we have grown up with. Watch out because Disney California Adventure park will ROCK YOUR SOCKS as you enjoy their premier dining locations. You just can’t wait till these are available to the public June 15th, 2011. We have not had the chance to check it out yet( we will be there in early June!) but this is what we hear…..
The Carthay Circle Restaurant and Lounge. Open for lunch and dinner the food is filled with best and highest quality of ingredients (locally sourced produce and seafood and meats from throughout Southern California). The Executive Chef Andrew Sutton from Napa Rose at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa created the restaurant’s seasonal menu, and Chef Gloria Tae, also from Napa Rose, is in charge of the kitchen.
Want to go for drinks while the kids ride the the roller coaster? You can hang at Carthay Circle Lounge and enjoy cocktails from the 1920s martinis, classic punches and more…. appetizers and tapas – international tastes. Hours for both the restaurant and lounge are 11 a.m.-10 p.m. daily.
