‘Death Threats’ for Mom Who Refused to Send Kid to Nursery With Obese Employees

Despite living in the U.S., I’m a Brit at heart and many nights I listen to a U.K. talk radio station to try to lull myself to sleep. (Weird, I know but it’s my thing.) Last week I heard one host invite listeners to call in and answer a controversial question: Would they allow their children to attend a nursery if the teachers there are overweight?

I had no idea why they were posing this question and I quickly fell asleep anyway and forgot about it. Then I read about the mom-of-one who sparked the debate and having read what she said I now understand what the radio host was banging on about.

Why are people angry about what this mom said?
