CHERRY ICE BOX CAKE
- 1 box graham crackers
- 1 box of vanilla pudding (6 serving size)
- 1 ¾ cups Cool whip
- 2 cans Cherry pie filling
- 2 cups milk
Mix 2 cups of cold milk and vanilla pudding for 2 minutes, then rest for 5 minutes. In the meantime, in your rectangular baker, cover the bottom of the pan with a layer for graham crackers. Fold cool whip into pudding mixture, then layer ½ the mixture on the graham cracker. Repeat layers, ending with graham cracker. Top with cherry pie filling. Chill for at least 3 hours.
