All Charli Stevens wants for Christmas is people to be kind.
The holiday season is here which tends to make most of try to be a little more kind, a little more generous and in general focus on simply being better people. Maybe it’s because growing up we all knew that Santa was watching and if we weren’t on the ‘nice list’ we may not get a present, or maybe the holidays simply bring out the best in some people and they go out of their way to share the joy.
Unfortunately we also know there are some people who are rude and grumpy and nasty no matter what time of year it. Some people simply have no filter and think they can say what they want, when they want, to whomever they want. I’m all for speaking your mind, but not when you’re basically attacking a perfect stranger over something that has absolutely nothing to do with you.
Charli Stevens was recently at her local Kroger’s grocery store, having run in to grab some gift wrapping supplies, when something happened that made her not only turn around and leave the store, but sit in her car and cry.
