The worst is not knowing.” Garcelle was born in Haiti and came to the US when she was 7 years old, leaving behind aunts and cousins.

“We have family we haven’t been able to contact..cousins..We no have no contact. We spoke to my brother-in-law through e-mail yesterday. We got an e-mail and he was in the car. He said it sounded like a bomb went off. It was that loud.”  Garcelle told Larry King.
