These celebrities eat just one meal a day – and here’s what we think about it.
Could you imagine living on just one meal a day? The first thought that probably crosses your mind is that you’d starve throughout the day, right? But truthfully, a lot of us eat just one meal a day without even thinking about it. There’s a good number of us that skip breakfast in the morning, end up compensating by eating a huge lunch but then going really light for dinner or a late night snack. And while a bag of chips or a Skinny Caramel Macchiato on ice doesn’t count as a meal, it doesn’t fill up on the calorie count though, making us feel less hungry.
I’m sure that on certain days I eat just one meal a day, too. And according to these celebrities, they do the same thing in order to keep up with the entertainment industry’s standards. Now, eating just one meal a day doesn’t sound like a crazy idea, especially if you plan it right.
Is this the most insane Hollywood diet yet?
Back in 2010, Snooki admitted that she would just one meal a day plus six cookies on the side (sounds like my kind of diet… especially when the kids are asleep!). Also, she still drinks, but she doesn’t drink as much as she did during her ‘Jersey Shore’ days, limiting her alcohol consumption to just one glass.

2. Brooke Shields
Brooke Shields doesn’t eat either, but that’s mostly because she’s too exhausted to eat after a long day at work. “You do eight shows a week and basically eat one meal a day,” she said in 2005, describing her hectic work schedule. “You’re famished at night after the show, but you’re worried about your voice. If you go right to sleep you get reflux, which burns your vocal chords.”
3. Channing Tatum
Channing Tatum is one of the hottest guys in Hollywood and apparently he is also one of the luckiest ones, too. That’s because he can eat a daily burger and get away with it. “When I was finally making money, I knew exactly what I needed … $5.67,” he told GQ. ” I’d have one meal a day. I would go to Checkers and get the No. 1 with everything.”
